The standard and testing in the field of education are making immense progress in the western countries comparing to the developing nations. In the West, the testing process in schools, colleges and universities is modern, rational and logical. The test takers are using modern methods to evaluate a student. They take special care about the psychological development of students and put them to test to gauge their inner development through studies.

In the developing nations, tests are taken only to know how much a student is acquainted with a particular subject.
